SDSF will have restricted access throughout its 2024 timber operations... read on to learn when the trails will be closed to the public.
Soquel Demonstration State Forest now closed on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from May 1, 2024 through October 15, 2024.
CAL FIRE is beginning timber harvest operations in SDSF this year to improve forest health and resilience. To keep forest workers and the public safe, some trail access is changing in the short term.
