Job Announcement: Events Manager & Development Manager

Exciting news! We're hiring two great new positions at MBOSC: Events Manager and Development Manager. Please share it with members of your network who want to join MBOSC in our mission to steward, build, and maintain sustainable trails in Santa Cruz County and beyond through fundraising and world-class events.
The Events Manager position is responsible for producing and coordinating all of MBOSC’s events. This includes bike races, community events (such as Mountain Bike to Work Day, movie screenings, etc.), fundraising events, and volunteer appreciation events. This position will also provide logistical support to MBOSC trails program events. This position works across all MBOSC programs and closely with other MBOSC staff to develop and implement a diverse range of events. This is a highly collaborative position that also offers a great degree of ownership over work.
The Development Manager position is responsible for driving MBOSC’s contributed income streams which include donations, membership, and sponsorship. This position will lead and develop MBOSC’s individual giving program, manage and optimize MBOSC’s membership program, and will both strengthen and build new relationships with our sponsor partners.
