Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz (MBOSC) is a rapidly growing trail advocacy and stewardship organization based in Santa Cruz, CA. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated individual to join our team as the Trail Construction Manager. The Trail Construction Manager position is a full-time, salaried, exempt position responsible for successful management of volunteer trail projects as well as fee-based consulting/contracting projects for MBOSC. Under general direction, this position will include direct oversight of the MBOSC Trail Crew including conduct, coordination, scheduling, and project logistics. This position will report to the Trails Program Director.
