Introducing the Trail Aid Grand Prize Winner...

June 1, 2020
We are blown away by the amount of support we received throughout our Trail Aid Campaign. Together, we surpassed our original goal of $80,000 and raised an astounding $110,490 for trails and COVID-19 relief. We'd like to give a big "THANK YOU!" to all of our generous supporters. Thanks to you, we'll get to donate $27,600 to organizations providing relief at both local and global levels. See a breakdown of the donations heading to each benefiting organization below.
  • Direct Relief: $9,832.75
  • PPE4CC: $3,405
  • Second Harvest Food Bank: $10,179
  • Community Foundation Santa Cruz County: $3,713.74
We’d also like to introduce you to our winners - Devin Prouty, the winner of the Ibis Logo Carbon wheelset, and our grand prize winner, Steven Bolton! Steven is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and, as you can imagine, couldn’t be more thrilled about winning a new Ibis Ripmo with AXS. He’s ridden Ibis since 2006 and loves enjoying trails in the eastern mountains of Albuquerque. He says, “Albuquerque is a true hidden gem for mountain biking because we have something for everyone. We have hundreds of miles of beautiful trails in high desert as well as high alpine environments that are, at the most, a short 15 to 20 minute drive from anywhere in town.” Steven's been donating to campaigns like Trail Aid for over a decade. "Mountain biking and hiking play a very important role in my life, and helping to fund the building and maintenance of trails is important to me and is good for the sport as well as the environment. Well updated and maintained trails offer better and safer access to the outdoors as well as improving awareness of our natural surroundings and how important it is to protect them." Well said, Steven! We couldn't agree more and hope you enjoy the new bike.
