SCMTS built and opened the Harvey West Pump Track in the City of Santa Cruz’s Harvey West Park in 2016. SCMTS worked closely with the city to design, build, and maintain a world-class pump track right in the heart of Santa Cruz.
The project was completed through a cost-share program between the two organizations. Since its opening, the pump track has transformed a portion of the park that had previously been a hangout for transients into a thriving community resource.
